Hello and welcome to my website, thanks for dropping by!
I'm a Surface Pattern Designer living in sunny Falmouth, Cornwall.
I love creating designs from my imagination, childhood memories and by capturing all the wondrous things around me.
Studying Textile Design at Heriot-Watt University, gaining a 2:1 and recently graduating from Falmouth University, completing an MA in Illustration has helped me on my creative path.
Being surrounded by the deep pine forests and mountains as a child in the highlands of Scotland has largely influenced my designs; taking in nature and from those little daydreams one often has when off on a long country walk. I love living in Falmouth and during my MA was hugely inspired by all the tropical palm trees around, succulents and breathing in that fresh sea air.
I screen-print in my studio, paint, draw and photograph, creating artwork for those in need of a bit of escapism or nostalgia within their homes or simply as gifts for others to enjoy.
